6. Website Hosting Terms

If you host your site with us, we manage the backend infrastructure on your behalf. We are not responsible for content you upload or changes made by third parties. Hosting is offered on a best-effort basis with uptime goals but no guarantees unless stated in writing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate projects if communication becomes unprofessional or abusive.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Tech Fusion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
